Gay Dads SA
This group is for gay men in South Australia who are parents of children, or who are thinking about becoming a parent in the future - including fostering, surrogacy, adoption issues and more. The group is for social networking, support, and the sharing of information. Events are held on the first Saturday of each month.
Re-Wired 2.0 is a fortnightly peer-led support group, which uses the SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) model. The group is open to gay men, men who have sex with men, Transmen and Transmasculine individuals, who are looking for peer support in a non-judgemental environment to change, control or stop their methamphetamine use.
SAMESH will provide ongoing support which is essential to their recovery journey, supported by the peer facilitators and having a space where they can discuss their problematic meth use impacts other areas of their lives in a positive way.
There will also be access to make appointments to speak with our counsellor on a 1-on-1 basis if needed.
Meetings will be held at 57 Hyde Street with days and times still to be confirmed.
For more information or to register your interest please fill out the form here or call at SAMESH on (08) 7099 5300.
