Gay Dads SA
This group is for gay men in South Australia who are parents of children, or who are thinking about becoming a parent in the future. The group is for social networking, support, and the sharing of information. Events are held on the first Saturday of each month.
Re-Wired 2.0 is a fortnightly peer-led support group, which uses the SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) model. The group is open to gay men, men who have sex with men, Transmen and Transmasculine individuals, who are looking for peer support in a non-judgemental environment to change, control or stop their methamphetamine use.
SAMESH will provide ongoing support which is essential to their recovery journey, supported by the peer facilitators and having a space where they can discuss their problematic meth use impacts other areas of their lives in a positive way.
There will also be access to make appointments to speak with our counsellor on a 1-on-1 basis if needed.
Meetings will be held at 57 Hyde Street with days and times still to be confirmed.
